Psychology with purpose.Wellbeing that transforms.

Supporting children, adolescents and families through compassionate, evidence-based psychology that helps create lasting change.

I'm Victoria Howson

I'm Victoria Howson, an Educational and Child Psychologist with a passion for helping children, young people and the adults around them thrive. Throughout my career I have worked across educational psychology, disability services, primary care, infant and early childhood mental health, research and the charity sector. These experiences have shaped my belief that meaningful change happens when we understand behaviour within the context of relationships, development and lived experience.

My approach combines psychology, neuroscience and compassion to make complex ideas practical, meaningful and accessible. Whether I am supporting a child experiencing anxiety, helping parents better understand behaviour, consulting with schools or delivering professional training, my goal remains the same: to translate psychological science into support that creates lasting change. I believe behaviour is communication, relationships shape development, and every child deserves adults who feel confident, supported and empowered to help them flourish.
